Windows 8 coming 10/26

I'm not paying money for something that is pretty much Win7 with a smartphone layout thing put in the ctrl+alt+delete screen, I'll wait for the next one.
That being said, I will be buying a retail copy of Win7 to replace the OEM copy bound to my Dell motherboard, maybe if Win8 is cheaper I'll consider it

Note the 'desktop' button in the bottom left, it takes you to a desktop identical to windows 7.

I thought they removed that. Either way, I didn't like it, probably going to stick with 7 for a long time.

Windows 7 was good, Windows 8 is bad, Windows 9/2014/whatever will probably be better

Yeah Windows 7 sure is cool. Don't know about 8 until I try it. You should too if you really want to rate it though. I don't know they could blow the whole classic desktop thing?

it's simple logic that they see their mistakes in the previous OS, and make it better
