Request: text to speech

hey guys, i just thought it would be cool to have text to speech on blockland client sided or server sided. for those who don't know what text to speech is, its like when you enter a chat message your player actually says it, kind of like moonbase alpha. It would be best if it sounded like an actual blockhead.
