Well lets see
Add-on that people have been suggesting for a long time, and have always been told it's impossible.
Something I've never seen anyone else have a video of
Suddenly some guy who spent his time trolling servers and making videos bragging about how he trolled them, and has been banned several times, and generally being an starfish, claims he has it,  and I'm supposed to believe it's real?

@Everyone - After some trials and testes on a server with 11 people, I have come to a conclusion:
This mod is loving annoying. Unless someone is explaining something to you or maybe your on a server for just talking - you will be surprised on how fast you'll want to turn it off. Though if someone is try to explain something - it's really neat.
Because of it's annoyingness and anti-userfriendliness - I have chosen to keep client_tts private - for now.

1) doesn't sound really good tbh
2) not user friendly
3) there is only so many situations when this would actually be helpful (as in like 1 or 2)

(the second situation being the fact that it just calls saytext("pooop"); everytime it wants to say something - this could be helpful to mod makers if they want to implant something similar to their mod - though I'll let them figure it out themselves :) )
