Why does Roogedia's nether portal have no door leading to it at all? Just a wall of iron bars?

so people don't go through it. you can hug the iron bars and go back through the portal. We always do this when we no longer need a portal.

Doubling down on this; I didn't see it personally, but I did see him randomly drop on and off the map as he approached him and zip around him a couple of times without warning.

I can back up hacking claims; I saw him fly over a small biome in a second. No he wasn't teleporting, it was too slow. And it was faster than you can run. Unfortunately I have no proofs
