I'll bet that most obese people don't have any disorders.
I'll bet that you aren't qualified to decide that.

is planr serious or just trying to 'troll'

because either way he looks dumb doing it
I can't tell if you're being serious or sarcastic, but I'm honestly hoping you're not serious. I know it as an obvious FACT that advanced technology we have is the main reason for obesity these days. 200 years ago an average person would have to do heavy labor each day to provide for their families, so they stayed in shape. We didn't have treatments for the kinds of illnesses that commonly affect obese people, but it's different today because our advanced medical science helps us keep those people alive. People no longer have to do such heavy labor work to provide for themselves, cars and bikes allow us to get around much faster and with less physical effort than simply running.

If this isnt obvious then I don't know what to tell you.

Yes, blatantly obvious.

So blatantly obvious that the three or so seconds it would take to explain such an elementary concept just simply isn't necessary.

I'll bet that you aren't qualified to decide that.
He has a PHD in internet science. he is more than qualified

That only proves you wrong.  The only yellow-marked countries I can see are small African nations and China.  African nations are self explanatory, but China has over a billion people.  It is incredibly difficult for a country like China to be able to consume  the same proportional amount of resources per person that the United States consumes (hint we have about 311 million people versus china's 1.3 billion).  People stuff their faces all the time in the US while most people in China live on amounts that we would call "barely enough".
Not that it matters, but Japan is yellow range and the UK is lower than us by 10-20% depending on the area.

The main point I had with the comparisons of nations was that the United States was performing worse for reasons other than ethnicity, or development. The graph supports that. Even a difference of 10% is significant.

I would like to also mention that rapidly loosing fat is a bad thing because the body will want you to binge. So loosing over time is actually better.

I'll bet that you aren't qualified to decide that.
"Mississippi had the highest obesity rate in 2011 (34.9%)"
"50   Mississippi   $36,919   $36,646   $37,790   $36,338   $35,261" (median income rates)
Mississippi is the poorest, fattest state in America. Fast food is a big cause, not disorders.

technology doesn't sap your free will and turn you into a lazy starfish. you have to choose to use it. never go full handicap.

do you have any proven medical studies/sources for this or are you spouting bullstuff lol

Actually technological awareness is key to survival now.

Technology was created to make work easier.

Also yes Jacksaunt that's very true. Junk food is relatively cheap to produce and its loaded with unhealthy stuff.

it's easier for people to be lazy these days than it is to stay in shape. Most people will always go with the easier option. I can't believe you actually expect me to provide statistics. This is simply logical.

I can't believe you actually expect me to provide statistics.

.. so you want me to just believe you that people are fat because of technology

Oh be quiet most of you eat fast food on a weekly basis.

This is a plausible explanation.

The operative term being, 'Plausible'.

I agree with her. Some people are fat. Big deal. She's aware of her fatness (i think she joked about it too) and criticizing someone for their outside appearance after having only seen them twice without being someone who knows them, whether it's on screen or at home, is mean.

I'm pretty fat too. Maybe I have a bias. :P

no, you should have already figured out that it makes perfect sense like, a long time ago.

Oh be quiet most of you eat fast food on a weekly basis.
I know I do. And I sit in front of the computer all day playing video games and dont practice any sports. I have the love handles to testify.
