Nope, just tried loging on and it said password failed, i tryed like 10 times then whent to my email but it was hacked too.

They can't just magically get all your account info and "hack" you, especially with how uptight steam is when logging in from a different IP Address.

he probably has a virus that emulated steam's overlay. my guess is he thought it was steam and put his creds in

OP, it's because you put your steam information on a website that wasn't the official one, probably a "LOEL PUT UR STEAM ACCOUNT IN HERE 4 20 COPYS OF SKYRIM" scam. Theres no other way, unless you went full handicap and told another guy the username and password for your account.
