The ANS Kraenthiix sails up to the coast of USC.  Two large missiles are on its back.  Without warning, one of the missiles rise, and as it reaches a full 90 degree angle, it launches, curving toward the USC mainland.  The missile hits a large military base, casualties are high due to high concentrations of Anthrax.

The ship carries 4 105mm cannons, 2 120mm cannons, 1 150mm cannon, 12 80mm cannons, 8 65mm cannons, and two 40mm cannons for defense, the SNS Lancer begins shelling the enemy lines.

Borders and Immigrants are close and rejected, unless they are Allies.

I had my ships in the port and harbors for the long ranged attacks, that isn't out at sea. You wouldn't be able to make ships dissapear that are in a military port.
