Riot Police put a stop to the riots, though Aribissan(I suck at spelling -.-) men are taken custody, and are the ones who start them are known to be Aribissan. Riot's are now ceased to exsist, and possibly illegal. A message on live tv is state, "We cannot have riots about the laws. The laws are passed to keep people safe. The possibility for people to look like the enemy is 1%, and we only have black, white, and spanish citizens. None are Aribissan, that's why these laws are passed. These laws will be inefective once this war is over."

Anyways, I would like to know how they blend in. The laws work, and a lot are being sent out or executed.

Unless you're Fidel Castro, there will be immigrants from every country in everyone else's, whether or not they are friendly doesn't matter.  People also start riots because you are arresting Aribissian citizens of USC, who have nothing to do with the war which is racial profiling, and other Aribissians don't like it, so they create rallies of others who support them which cause riots.

HerpaDerp you are so loving stupid. stuff like this has happened in threads before, some of it you. It's loving natural for there to be riots if there's nation-wide racial profiling, interrogation and execution. I CAN choose how his citizens react in a small amount. Are they just going to sit around, not be scared and not report stuff if there's destroyed houses and murdered neighbors, with their innards literally smeared across their front lawns? Most of your "argument" is just blind hate for me taking too much control over a thread which I admitted my mistake yet you continue to berate me and continue to display bigotry. Every single post but one in this thread has been you blindly attacking me for a loving mistake, or attacking Blazer over realistic posts that aren't powergaming. I am actually quite a good roleplayer, seeing as how I've serious roleplayed for 3 years and I've run a roleplaying community. I was a huge participant in the Reds at the Border roleplay and I have been in all but one or two Earth threads and I am a veteran in them. You've been in three at most. You scream "powergame" when something doesn't go your way (as does Swat 3 and Blazer used to. I'm sure I have before.). You literally go out of your way to find reasons to insult me and berate me and just be a richard. There is no difference between powergaming and godmodding, by the way. All three of you (Swat, firebird, HerpaDerp) say it's unreasonable for me to have a developed navy when I posted how I got this navy and I'll say it again. We conscripted everyone and stopped production of everything we could to work as sailors or workers in factories. You complain about how other countries act yet you don't do anything with your country. At all. You have no grounds to judge what other people say or do when you don't do anything at all.
