On a separate note, I'd like to establish that with my school work, I don't have stufftons of time to update the OP. I'd like to do an everyday, once a day, in the late evening sort of update of both forum and website, however some days I may be able to do multiple updates.

Anyways, the treaty is standing if all parties signed it. I said it was void at the time because not all parties included in the invasion of the USC had signed it, but I guess Trejirm Solious and Syriiak can continue to wage war all they want. :P
Trejirm Solious is beginning research on interplanetary rocketry, and yet we have the time to send 240 of our finest men and women to the USC. They will be capturing a small compound outside of Washington D.T where they will be able to covertly operate inside the nation. More information to come.

Also, I think I'll be dissolving the UVA for now, no real interest has made it a waste to maintain. And in addition to that Trejirm Solious is going to invest $1.1 billion in the Alternative Energy Research Commission that was started way back when. Hopefully we can lift that off the ground.

There was an argument over the alleged "voiding" of the treaty.  The aggression continued, as it appeared, and occupation at the same time, as well as a supposed monetary transfer of a large sum of money to Arabissia.  It appeared that USC became under the effect of both sides of an ultimatum.  So in reaction, USC sent less than the desired sum, and in response, Arabissia supposedly sent in troops to confiscate the remaining sum of money.  Apparently, since no terms were commonly met, and Arabissia forcefully extracted the funds from USC, the debate at hand is weather or not this action was legal or an international war crime.  If it was an international war crime, then the leaders of Arabissia may be subject to trial and an international lawsuit to effect.  USC would be the country filing suit if it is chosen.

Since I cannot determine absolute power on decisions, I said this:

I am formerly declaring any monetary transfer of money over the amount that USC declared as void unless Oasis overrules.

That is, unless you would like to potentially have your leaders tried in international court and have your nation subjected to the victim party's terms in return.  Essentially, [by] not accepting the void, you are susceptible to an international lawsuit.
