The Slavic Union has announced that it plans to launch a satelite which will be used to observe movement around the borders and within the country. Due to the fact Svernloch failed to present a proper payment plan for SAM II, The Slavic Union begins building standard SAM installations and other anti air buildings, vehicles and gun emplacements.

Even if you unite with Sahran you still wouldn't have the military capablaties because Sahran focused it's views on tourism and not war.

Raman asks for help from The Slavic Union and RUR over the EU-Raman conflict. The RCI charge the borders and give the civillans small arms and break open the border, letting the civillans and special ops and RCI inside the EU countryside.
