That was about actually abusing your userbase, cheating in DMs and such. Wouldn't apply to banning them from your server with no reason, nor does it apply here. It isn't throwing stuff at a party guest, it's telling them to go home.

your joke was too subtle. i'm well aware of ephi's almost-catchphrase.

in addition, i read all 27 of the pages, and saw about 3 references total to ephi's abuse of 'autistic' in all, what is it, 390 posts.
