Author Topic: how do sleep normally  (Read 4727 times)

Drink yourself to sleep until your body adjusts.

Try melatonin, it is an over the counter sleeping pill. My mother could never sleep until I popped her a couple, now she gets 8 hours every night... then I sneak out and party...

This is great advice, naps can make a huge difference.

Don't think of night time as "bed time" but just as the continuation of the day and you are just taking naps every now and then.

I go to sleep at 11 pm and wake up at 8 am due to school. At weekends I can sometimes go to sleep at midnight and wake up at midday, thats 12 hours of sleep...

Try melatonin, it is an over the counter sleeping pill.

Melatonin isn't a sleeping pill. It naturally occurs in foods like cherries and is important for good sleep. In our bodies I believe it is produced, but it is influenced by how much light surrounds you. This is why sleep in light spaces can be trouble.

Caffeine puts me to sleep :)

I took three naps today and I regret none of them

I got to sleep on average at 1:00 AM and wake up around 7:00 AM.
Who needs sleep it only slows you down.

the problem is i hate naps but im only tired at day

bump bc ugh more sleep issues
i have an alarm clock now which goes off at 8
im never tired until around 12 so i usually go to sleep around 12 and then i just end up shutting the alarm clock off and going back to sleep
sometimes very rarely i convince myself to go to sleep at 10 but then i always end up getting off track again
