Author Topic: I almost died this morning/last night  (Read 4459 times)

One time I woke up and I couldn't open my eyes because they were encrusted with sleep.
:V
That's pretty normal

Sleep paralysation is scary dood.  It happened to me while I was trying to fall asleep and I got this sudden wave of fear and then I couldn't move.

;~;
i don't think it's sleep paralysis but sometimes when i'm tired and it's dark but i can't get to sleep, if i look at a certain spot then the shadows nearby will sort of change shape/distort slightly and move. it's really weird
like it's not scary or anything, they almost never change to anything actually scary, it's just kind of weird

Happens to me all the time

That's pretty normal

Considering it's only happened to me once in 18 years of living, I don't consider it normal

Happened to me once when I was a kid
I was freaking out hard.

I remember I woke up once and couldn't move my legs at all. I was only like 5 years old :-:

Not to worry, It sometimes happens when you wake up

Anyone here actually try to induce sleep paralysis? WILD is basically a technique that uses sleep paralysis to help cause Lucid Dreaming. I actually usually enjoy sleep paralysis while I wait for my Lucid Dream. The feeling is different and on a good day I'll have incredibly vivid hallucinations.
