You must know - something that both teams have make it balanced. Different weapons on each teams with different stats + different systems (Explosives compared to bullets, etc.) make it an unbalanced and a game that simply cannot be enjoyed.  My advice to you would be to take your fellow player's advice into consideration.  If someone has a suggestion that may make the game just a bit more enjoyable - then try it. If it doesn't work out, then, that is what backup saves are for.

already working on it! currently got base shield walls up and its working so far! im going to have to wait for another case of mass spawnkill so i can look at it again and work from there!

I gave it the benefit of the doubt and joined, and was immediately killed in the spawn by heedicalking dropping a bomb on the spawn and killing +10 inside.

I've just come back from playing, the reds were complaining about the RL being unbalanced and we were complaining about the grenade launcher being imbalanced. The rocket launcher has next to no radius dmg, I shot 2 blocks away from someone with a RL and nothing happened, I then saw a grenade launcher projectile next to me so I ran about 10 blocks away and it killed me on full health. I asked Heed and he just said some silly sentence like "your intelligence is weak and your stupidity is OP!". He then said that the GL and RL had the same radius damage. BULLstuff. It wasn't very fun because it was impossible to cap the enemies base when they spawn like 5 seconds after you kill them, and there are 10 of them. The blue's sniper was much better than the red's but that was pretty much it. everything else sucked, the red's nades sticked to the ground and don't bounce everywhere.

The worst thing was the spam-cannon above the center point, it shot about 50 1hitkill explosive bullets a second with big spread, which made it impossible to use anything that could fly. Also everyone just one manned tanks because THREE rocket shots on a tank wouldn't do it, it took about 10. With the grenade launcher however it took only 1 to kill everyone in  the tank. Heed then gave the red a bomb to use in vehicles, they were spawnkilling us so much. He didn't give us the bomb so I complained, then I get called an idiot by all the reds because I was whining. The server is alright but the thing that makes me not go on it is the balancing, as the topic is about.

so ignorant. i 'abused' the imbalances to test to see if the methods i introduced worked. you arent me and you dont know what i do. i have been working on it this whole time.

bunch of forum kids whine about dumb stuff while i work to fix it. best idea is eliminate them all from the server so i dont have to hear about it while i work.

I hadn't seen any difference in the blue base at all other than it was being bombarded by some someone up above. No 'shields', nothing. You also circled around like 30 times and did the same thing over and over. I would've thought that you could get the proof you needed in ~3 runs. Doesn't help that it's literally impossible to retaliate from the ground.

did you play this like, 2 days ago? when the bomber was still a vehicle? i bomb blue once (today) to test whats wrong, then constructed shields. bombs only work once anyway and then you lose the item. if you are referring to yesterday when the bomber was a vehicle, it was removed! so your appeals went through! its nice to know the host acknowledges problems.

That is hilarious, because it sounds to me like you're complaining about blue being underpowered.. however the OP is complaining about red being underpowered.

People are always bound to complain and now two people complain about the opposite things.

The only problem being that if you removed everything that was OP an entire team might get removed. Instead of just deleting bad design, you COULD just improve the design instead of cutting out good game elements. You're solving problems by creating bigger ones.

I love how people think just because a couple of them were unbalanced, that they all are just because of different weapons.

did you play this like, 2 days ago? when the bomber was still a vehicle? i bomb blue once (today) to test whats wrong, then constructed shields. bombs only work once anyway and then you lose the item. if you are referring to yesterday when the bomber was a vehicle, it was removed! so your appeals went through! its nice to know the host acknowledges problems.
That is actually something I think is good to know.
A lot of kiddies fought over that spammy bombing plane.
