Wikipedia is a large source of history and information. I except that article to disapeer in a few days. That whole Summary of the Message is biased and is unrealistic.

If you show me a better summary then I'll read it. :I I didn't see much bias though.

I wonder why people who kill themselves never release the names of the people who tormented them.

I suppose they don't think it'll get much attention, but Amanda did have a very popular youtube video about her bullies. Maybe she didn't want the wrath of the internet to be unleashed on 50 different people.

It won't. But if you care about the people you do interact with (and I'm not talking about just your friends and classmates), you can make a big difference in their lives. A few years back, I went to this comic shop with a few of my friends for a free event. I had just gotten into Magic the Gathering and threw together a crappy deck using almost all the cards I had. When I got to the event, I learned that there were restrictions on the sets you could use. A good 50% of my cards broke those restrictions and I wouldn't be able to attend the event. But instead of saying, "Sorry" and showing us the door, a couple of guys who we had never met came over and gave us a bunch of tournament legal cards and even helped us build our decks. I got horribly demolished, but everyone I played against gave me tips on how to play better (even as the matches were going on) and suggested cards I could add to my deck to make it better. I was having a boatload of fun. After last round of the tournament, the guy I was playing against ask me how many cards I had to build my deck with. I told him I was new and had basically scrapped together the best deck I could. He said, "Wait here for a sec" and ran out to his car. He came back with a big box of cards and gave them to me. He said that I should be able to make a more synergized deck from this large of a pool. What was supposed to be a disappointment due to some technicalities turned into an awesome night, all because a few people cared about a few random strangers.

You don't realize the impact that a simple smile or kind gesture can make on a person. Go out of your way to do nice things to people, it could brighten their day, if not save their life.

Wow, really, i never got why people kill themselves because of what other people think of them.
ESPECIALLY NOT, when they act like sluts and are being called sluts.

I have been bullied on school too, not that much, but enough to make me very sad at some times.
But i learned that this world is sometimes hard and i should ignore those bastards and keep on going.
My parents always told me that they were probably jealous.
Jealous of my friends or whatever.

Well i don't think they were jealous and if they were, i laugh at them.
But i had a great time despite them.

People may get bullied like 'till death.
I didn't get bullied as much as you hear others.
They did not wait for me outside of school and beat me or something.
Hell, if that would've happened, i would've been wise enough to inform someone who could do something against it.

But what i know of this all, she wasn't bullied to death either.
She was being called names.
Her own actions were used against her.
Well that is your own stupid fault. >_>

It's really hard to ignore the bullies when you change schools THREE TIMES and they still follow you.
Btw, she did take responsibility for her actions and she tried to move on. Nobody else would move on and she got sucked right back in.

I can't find a better one, but I'll point out some of the bias and how the article was rushed.

While in seventh grade, Todd met with friends over video chat to meet new people over the internet. She was complimented with such terms as "stunning", "beautiful", and "perfect". During one of these sessions, someone wanted her to show her breasts, and she complied.
 
A year later, an anonymous user left a message on her Facebook profile. The user knew her address, school, relatives, friends, family name, and blackmailed her. He demanded a "show" or would "send ur boobs". At 4 am during Christmas break, police arrived at Todd's door, possibly to inform her that photos of her breasts were circulating on the Internet. She became sick, started to experience anxiety, major depression and panic disorder.

After moving to a different home, she began to take drugs and alcohol. Her anxiety worsened, and she couldn't go out of the house.
 
A year later, the person who had blackmailed her re-entered her life, posting a list of her friends and school. He used an image of her breasts as his profile picture. Subsequently, she was ostracized by her peers. She began self-mutilation by cutting herself. She changed schools again. Within the month, her situation had improved, despite her isolation.
 
A month after that, she began communicating with an "old guy friend". They exchanged text messages. He told her that he liked her. She knew he had a girlfriend. He invited her to his home while his girlfriend was on vacation, and they engaged in some form of love.
 
After a week, she received a text message warning her to get out of school. The girlfriend and the "old guy friend" with fifteen others came to find her. During the confrontation, the girlfriend stated "look around nobody likes you", in the presence of approximately 50 other students. One of the students yelled out for the girl to punch Todd. The girlfriend then threw Todd to the ground and struck her several times while students filmed it. Teachers ran to her aid, but she remained in the "ditch", where her father eventually recovered her. After arriving home, she drank bleach, and was taken to hospital by ambulance for treatment. Upon returning home, she discovered that the incident was reported on Facebook, with such remarks as "she deserved it", "did you wash the mud out of your hair?", and "I hope shes dead."
Todd then moved again to live in another city with her mother.

Six months after the incident, people were still posting images of bleach, Clorox, and ditches, and tagging her in them with comments such as "She should try a different bleach", "I hope she dies this time and isn't so stupid.", and "They said I hope she sees this and kills herself".
 
She began constantly cutting herself and taking anti-depressants, and was receiving counselling. Around that time, she had overdosed, and spent two days in hospital.

So as the bolds show, this section was typed by someone who didn't care about their grades in english and typed this little piece up in a few minutes. Also what kind of teacher leaves a beat up student in a ditch? The part with the cops telling her that her pictures are on the web is unrealistic too. Cops would never go to someones house to say "hey their are pictures of you on the web". Also a mob of 50 kids coming out to attack her at a school? How did that go unnoticed for a few minutes. Why didn't she post a list of every bully, or have the police trace blackmailers IP the next time he tried to contact her?
