Also, best place for news: CNN
Considering, y'know, they kinda hosted the whole latest debate and all... and the moderator has been the best of the last 3...
Currently my curriculum in 11th grade social studies is US history, and since this year is the year we vote for the president, we get HUGE bonus grades for watching the debates, and we have in-class discussions that last up to an hour (class is roughly and hour and 30 minutes, aka this is a huge deal), so I see both sides of the stories. What I've noticed is this:
Obama fans on our live tweet say legitimate things along the lines of:
Yeah, more independant fuel!
Yeah! Better gender equality! (Those of you that watched CNN, when Obama said "Women are the breadwinners", their vote SHOT up.)
Yeah! Education for EVERYONE!
But they also end up being the kids
who are all APES / Honor kids, make all As, work hard, etcWhere as when I see the ROMNEY fans... Oh lord:
LOL ROMNEY'S TIE IS RED
Romney man, way to sway the tide of debate yo
OH SHMICKLES, ROMNEY JUST DOMINATED
EVERYONE ELSE IS TALKING IN CAPS SO I WILL TOO #BIGBIRD #SWAG
If desired, I can look into the live tweet's posts and copy/paste a few. Tomorrow though, as it's late.
I'll watch the topic via my iphone tonight / through school tomorrow.
