When the guy whose name I forget had a gun to Maggie's head Glen should have just shot him in the head. He had plenty exposed to do so. I know that would have stopped the suspense in its tracks but he could have ended that hostage situation easily.

Rick imagined it to be Lori calling from the afterlife where everything is totally safe and perfect, possibly heaven, although that's never directly stated.
