Blockland on Windows 8?!?

If Blockland had a Windows 8 app, the game would automatically go full screen. Plus it would be a high-priority program and would start faster and have better internet priorities.

I think its a great idea and would download it as soon as it would be released. Just make sure the app is the trial version of Blockland that has to be activated with the code. (that part is for Badspot) Hope you all like the idea!

I don't know if Metro supports OpenGL graphics powered games with such RAM and CPU usage as a Metro app..

It can install and run just fine on the documents folder on the Windows 8 desktop. Just put a shortcut to it on the main menu or something.

Microsoft is calling them apps because you can add them to your computer like apps.

Metro can run blockland, it uses the same windows os as in win 7, just has a different startup menu

wtf.  Apparently applications can only be casual games.  I guess "real games" just aren't programmed.
