How hard would it be to transfer all public JVS to .blb doors?
Extremely.
Are you familiar with .blbs?

rotondos > jvs because
1. they make that nice clicking sound instead of *squeak* *cachung*
2. they don't make a loud alarm sound when they're blocked
3. they have less events
4. they're default so you don't have to download a bunch of files if  you don't have them
5. less datablocks
6. they less forget

Rotondo's Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way.

Never got issues with jvs. rotondo should make more anyway...

JVS con: Animations can be hard to make.
I never figured it out.

Default pro: BLB is easier to make than animations.

Default con: Nobody ever bothers closing them.

JVS is terrible.

Its been plagued with bugs since it began and Trader disappeared leaving many behind. I remember when I used the Mac OSX version of Blockland, some bug resulted in JVS (and only JVS) being redownloaded EVERY time you connected to someone hosting on Windows.

It often breaks in saves and frankly the bricks look out of place.

I just took a look at a normal brick and one of those door bricks.

Holy forget man, those things are complicated.

Default con: Nobody ever bothers closing them.
[2000] onOpen > Self > door > close

[2000] onOpen > Self > door > close

But people never bother to event them like this either.

Yeah.

Nobody ever stopped JVS doors from closing.

Nobody will ever stop Rotondo's doors from staying open.

Its just the way it is.

JVS: 0/10 Sucks
Rotondos: 10/10 good doors would forget them in the keyhole

It just looks complicated when you first look at it. It's in fact very logical and easy to understand when you figure it out.

yeah okay

too bad JVS doors actually look good enough to fit in a build
