Legislation against cyberbullying
Main article: Cyberstalking legislation
United States
Legislation geared at penalizing cyberbullying has been introduced in a number of U.S. states including New York, Missouri, Rhode Island and Maryland. At least seven states passed laws against digital harassment in 2007.
That's only a select list of states, and cyberbullying, although cruel and mean, is not illegal in the majority of states. This makes any punishment over the internet illegal because of unjust cause, unless the cyberbully and/or the cyberbullied are in a consigned state to which those laws take affect. Therefore, Badspot would be committing an unconstitutional act because he is impeding on the freedom of speech, and for that, he could get arrested. Badspot will never implement an anti-cyberbully rule/system because he doesn't want his ass thrown in jail for reason of protecting a few 6 year old's (not insulting you, just stating the major demographic that is hurt by cyberbullying on blockland) happiness.
Cubelands, everyone knows you don't have good grammar, sentence structure,
punctuation usage you're pretty good about punctuation, nor do you have the ability to easily explain your ideas (don't worry, I had trouble with this when I was younger), but you shouldn't let people get to you about it. Ever hear the expression "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me"? It's true, especially over the Internet, because the possibility of a 12 y/o from California coming to your house, on the other side of the country, to beat you up with his Yu-Gi-Oh, is very unlikely. If someone is stuffstorming you and your posts on the forums, then report it to Badspot, if he wants to help, then he will check for any flaming opportunity, to ban the offender from the forums, that is already stated to be against the rules since the beginning of the forums.
I may be sounding contradictory, but in the rules of the forums itself, which every user has consigned to follow as of signing up for the forums, it is said "no negative posts", to which any flaming of the topic/topic documents/attachments/inclusions (like pictures and gallery builds) are against the rules, but anything directed at another forum user are not against the rules.
The one thing I suggest for you, Cubelands, is to get better at grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc. This way, the causation for most cyberbullying towards you is eliminated.
EDIT: In the time it took to type this, three people posted.
