No lol, you guys sound ignorant. Being atheist doesn't automatically mean you piss on religion. You can be an atheist and have no problem with other people's religions. An agnostic atheist is someone who (from Wikipedia) does not hold a belief in the existence of any deity and is agnostic because they claim that the existence of a deity is either unknowable in principle or currently unknown in fact.

Was reading a few posts about Satanism. Satanism is for using others and the demons to empower and help you become better. It is about control like all religions, but we get the control by worshiping Satan and his demons.

The main problem I have with it is the name, It gives me a bad vibe.

That's because religious people are trained to associate the word "Satan" with evil that must be destroyed. That way, when something gets in the way of someone influential, the influential person can label it with "Satan" and watch the gullible masses destroy it.

My definition of Satan is a malevolent entity that wishes to either destroy or enslave human souls. That's why the name gives me a bad vibe. It's not about a religious organization defining something as, "Evil"

Your definition of Satan obviously differs, and I respect that.
