Highler Ridge :: The Experimental City [Problem Solved]

"This is Dispatch there is a robbery in the metro, nearby units are to respond," I hear from the radio, the commander driving there quickly. He waits in the car while I climb out, one more unit with two more SWAT guys come to assist. I raise my M4, switching the safety off, ready to fire. I lead the way, the two other operatives following me down the stairs.

"So you aren't sure?" I begin arranging a small amount into rows.

The train stops and citizens begin fleeing. Any 'hostages' in the train sprint out of the opened doors and into the crowd. "DAMN! GOGOGOGOGO!" I shout as I grab Serena and pull her out of the train and towards the tracks. Cops begin entering the area, and one roostery cop takes a shot which nails the bag, sending a few dollars out into the air. "GO!" I shout as I jump onto the tracks and into the hobo and trash filled metro innards.

I jump down onto the tracks and sprint down the tunnel, catching up to Max.

"FREEZE!" I yell, running after them, shoving panicked civilians out of the way. I couldn't risk shooting, too many civilians. They had jumped into the tunnel, a rather ballsy move, actually. I hopped down, one of the other operatives following, the two of us running on the narrow maintenance sidewalk. "This is Specialist Alexia Aroth, get the trains to stop. We have two suspects fleeing down the tunnels and I'd rather not get run over."

I dip my head down and snort a row. Violent sniffing is heard after and I repeat the process 4 times. Once I get to the fourth row, I lay back and try to sleep.

I raise my rifle, firing a quick warning shot. "NEXT ONE HITS YOUR LEGS."

"Good God why?!" I shout, looking for an escape. Our only actual escape was going to be out through the next citizen infested and cop filled boarding area. We were screwed. "Okay... I'll distract them, you go!" I shout before giving Serena a small shove. I then stop and face the approaching cops. "COME AT ME!" I shout as I drop the duffelbag. "COME AND FIGHT THE OWL!" I shout, pointing at my mask.

"Wha-Max you're insane!" I shout back. I knew if I stopped now both of us would be screwed, there was nothing I could do. I continue running down the tunnel.
