Never had any sort of injuries of the nature. Though sometimes I do get these sharp stabbing pains on very rare and very few and far apart occasions inside my urethra that i've always called the "Green triangle". basically i've always pictured this sharp green triangular piece of plastic being stuck in my urethral shaft stinging me. It hurts but it goes away after a few seconds.

I think I had this before. It's random, and when you least expect it, you have these sharp pains in your star fish.

my snake is also bent to the side now whenever i get an erection... and there's these awful little white dots around the rim of the meatus that are hypersensitive to touch, but i've had those since birth. however I think there are treatments for both of these problems.
