Can not find Taser

Before you ask YES i did use the search.

I can't find a working taser mod anywhere!  I found a black and yellow one that is outdated.

Is there an addon which seperates the taser from CITYRP?

If somebody makes one here are my requests: 1. Handheld tasers AND taser guns! 2. Cooldown on gun tasers, like a reload animation. It can be like a BF3 weapon reload, or a T+T reload. 3. No hands, even with reload.

Does it sound, look, and act like a taser (Handheld or Tasergun)? Aka does it make a springy noise on fire and then a crackle on hit? Does it tumble? And is it new? I just need it to tumble the player, work, and sound good enough.
