I weigh 157 pounds, and I do this:
60 Crunches in the morning (few push ups)
60 Crunches in the afternoon (Go on a run, 2 miles)
60 Crunches at Night, do 10 reps of lifting 20 pounds (each hand) then I go on a jog for 3-4 miles, feels really good.)
I suggest doing 40-50 crunches and 2 miles max.
Crunches won't get rid of Fat, but running will. Give it 2 months or so.
