I'm sure I have had a weirder dream than this that I can't remember, but here you go:
(I was 7 or 8 years old) It was in the middle of the night and I ran down to my parents bedroom and over to my dad's side of the bed. He turned over and told me to get my brother and try to find his car keys for him. I went and got my brother and we ran back down to my parents' bedroom door and noticed the keys laying on the floor, but they were surrounded by arms and legs that were flopping around like fish out of water. I reached down to grab the keys, but I fell into the legs and arms and my vision suddenly went all fuzzy, like a tv on the wrong video setting, and it also sounded like it. It quieted down and my vision came back and I was laying in-between my parents in their bed, but I had gone to bed in my own bed that night. I must have walked in my sleep which I have done before. Once, my parents told me I walked in my sleep downstairs, into the kitchen, and took the trash can out from under the sink.
(Also quite young). Another weird dream I had was when me and my dad were at Best Buy (I have no idea how I know this) and suddenly the fire alarm went off. He ran outside with me holding his hand and he was looking back at the building on fire. He kept looking at the building and when I pulled on his jacket to get his attention, he turned around towards me and he didn't have a face (it was just all skin).
(Even younger). Another dream I had was when I ran outside because I had heard a weird sound. I got out there and it was very windy. I looked around and saw a huge skinny tornado in the distance. Then I saw a giant tower swaying in the wind uncontrollably that was made of huge colored blocks, almost like LEGOs. The next thing I remember is I was at the top of the tower and at the top was my brother and his friend. That's all I remember.
In fact, I had a strange dream this morning and it is the first one in a while that I actually remember after waking up. I remember what happened very descriptively this morning, but now, all I can remember is it had something to do with Star Wars (specifically Obi-Wan and Darth Maul). I also remember digging through some sort of dirt underground behind another person and when we reached the surface, something grabbed him and pulled him out of the ground very quickly. It was either the same dream or a separate one.
Has anyone else woken up suddenly and felt like they had just landed from a large fall? And has anyone had a scary dream and then later that day wonder how the dream was scary in anyway? Sometimes I have a scary dream and later that day, the dream is almost funny. I am very interested in dreams. I just think it's so fascinating how I can remember a dream from 10 years ago very specifically (first dream listed), but I can't remember the dream I had this morning.
