V21 requires a Graphics Card that laptops dont have... so i cant play with shaders but i can play with shaders on my dads computer :)  

my acer 7750g with a 6650m gpu can run shaders.

My laptop meets the requirements for shadows and shaders. Badspot told me so. Yet I can't. Must be a driver issue or something.

My computer can run shaders at max with little lag, but if lots of bricks, the low shaders work.
