Author Topic: America needs your help on the road to legalization of Marijuana (New Link)  (Read 11259 times)

You only think the easiest ways of getting it.

Have you ever thought of a parent or friend that is 21 and smokes Marijuana and leaves a pack of Marijuana in a car? or on a table? Kid just has to take one cigar, or even two, or maybe the whole pack. It's not hard for kids to get a hold of Drugs, even if it's NOT off the street. How do you think kids get cigars already? Usually from parents, or friends that CAN buy cigars.

That is wear responsible adults come in and don't leave drugs sitting around on a table. Now the amount of control they gain with it being legal is little but is better. Little is better than nothing

they are going to do the same thing to weed like they did to alcohol: limit it.

jesus, people, stop posting so i can put my paragraph here

limit it as apposed to now?

I won't pretend to know what the laws are in either place, nor do I know where to find the information for both of them on official government sites, but I have had a little look for something.

Drug Policy of Colorado
Colorado Amendment 64

I was less successfull on finding equivalent information for Washington, but since you're a resident there and know of their drug policy, I shall trust you will be able to compare for yourself.
Thank you. :)
It would appear Colorado's a little looser, but I'm not totally sure on that.

i still want you to tell us how it's going to make it harder for minors to get

It would actually make it harder for minors to access it

And how many RESPONSIBLE adults do you think that  are out there? Look at some of the people that get wasted every Friday night into Saturday..

Look at some of the 18 year olds getting high with drugs and sharing them with others?

Yeah, I don't see how that will work.

America's adult responsibilty = 50%.

I hate my college, too many smokers. Giant metal sign says don't smoke within 20ft of the door, some dude ends up lighting a cigerette 8ft away it. It's impossible to find clean air their, and if you do some starfish has to come along and ruin it.

crime rate would possibly go down if marijuana was legalized everywhere in this country.

now that i think about it, there's only one positive outcome of total legalization:
no more debt

If we made guns illegal, then all the law-abiding, nonviolent citizens would give up their guns.
And the lawbreaking, dangerous criminals would keep them and use them to gain control.

As long as a drug is illegal dangerous people will acquire it, sell it, and make a dirty profit off of something than can be just as harmless as a man enjoying the occasional beer.

Instead of dealers on the street who sell to whoever, it will be in stores. Stores only 21+ can purchase from, now it is up to these 21+ people to be responsible around their kids and not leave it lying around for the kid to take. Now they have more control over what there kid is doing

you pretty much are imo. a borderline autistic who gets edgy around really stupid things

i'd love to see how you act around your girlfriend though, i reckon it'd be hilarious. 'NO WE CANT KISS, KISSING MIGHT LEAD TO OTHER THINGS WHICH ARE ILLEGAL AT OUR AGE SO DONT"
Not really, it's just loving stupid that people talk about smoking weed on a lego game ages 9 and up, it makes me imagine a bunch of wasted potheads crawling around a playground for kids, lol.

Says someone who probably isn't an adult.
Think about it from this, alcohol causes tons and tons of accidents and deaths, but they still keep it legal. Why? Because they trust that the majority of the american people will be responsible when consuming it.

How? The price of it will drop makeing it unprofitable. Where did you learn economics, some blogger of facebook?
