Dude seriously, those essays are easy as hell.

I could write both of those in 10 minutes max, and I barely got taught about the Boston Massacre.

or for teachers who have large handwriting and whose handwriting would make the paper unreadable if they were forced to write in that small of a space
I was assuming it was typed.

10 minutes is a stretch.  Maybe 10 if you're very knowledgeable on the subject.

assuming we're talking about a 5th/6th grade textbook, there might be 15-20 minutes to research, but still it's not hard to write 150 damn words

the fact is you're going to have to pause and read and try to rephrase sentences/facts so you're not basically copying off of your information, again if you knew all the information, ALL of it, in your head, maybe yeah 10 minutes.

Lol the work my world history teacher assigns us is like kindergarten work. its a piece of cake. super easy, just takes a bit to write it all down. she's my favorite teacher too.

Wow, is doing all that kindergarten work how you became so educated?

My history teacher hardly checks each assignment, even if it's a big assignment
Basically she gives full credit if it looks like you did enough work unless it's a test, big project, or the daily warmup questions. I generally get away with doing half to two-thirds of the work on medium/large assignments

OP is an ignorant wuss. Get over it, two assignments in a row is nothing. If you can't even handle that, I would seriously reconsider what grade level you're in. Especially given that one is writing one page, and the other is drawing.

I'm not sure what grade you're in, exactly, but here's my latest assignments for 12th grade AP Comparative Government:

-Find two articles in perspectives supporting and against Lenin, and write an abstract for each. Each abstract is roughly 100-150 words.
-Test on Russia on tuesday, we had to create our own study guide, and it's roughly 3 pages.
-Read 60+ pages in "The Death of Ivan Ilyich" due tomorrow
-Write 3 test questions

There's more I'm forgetting, but the point is, I don't find any of this difficult or overbearing. On top of this class I have 4-5 other core classes, and a college essay to edit.

Get the forget over it, OP, you have no reason to be bitching to your teacher. She's likely giving you class time to work as well.

Good thing new mexico teaches 1st grade stuff in the 8th grade.
