Author Topic: SONIC ADVENTURE 2 IS ON STEAM  (Read 14659 times)

I just realized there's no way to connect your GBA to this game

not that I still know where my copy of sonic advance is (RIP chao) but still, bummer

mine's right on the plank above me
i have all three sonic advance games
can't really tell which is my favorite, it's either the second or the third.

first one will always be my favorite

the other ones just didn't feel right

the third one was the most different

Sonic Adventure 2 is by far the best Sonic game ever. Anyone who disputes this is dumb so their opinion is invalid.

well i always had a bit more nostalgia for Sonic Adventure than 2
so perhaps it is a bias opinion, but it's not like the gap between the two was large

to me they always felt like the same game (not graphically speaking), the first just had a few things that meant a bit more to me. both are as enjoyable as the other
but if that makes me dumb oh well :c

i uh

i like sonic the hedgehog 3 and knuckles better than sonic adventure 2

sonic adventure 2 is the best 3D sonic game, no doubt about that. but saying it is the best sonic game still feels a little weird

Am I the only one here who actually enjoyed Sonic '06?

I barely even encountered any glitches, and I basically just got over the ones I found, like "Oh, okay. I'll just find a way around it and carry on." The only part in the game that was packed with intolerable glitches was the multiplayer mode.

I'm not trying to defend it, but I actually thought it was such a great 3D Sonic game in my opinion, but obviously not the best.

yes

the game was incredibly rushed

what the forget is a sonic?!

i couldn't get past the first boss
it would knock me off the arena, and i wouldn't be able to get back in. every. single. time.

i wanted to play it and see how it actually was, the first level or two reminded me of Emerald Coast and i got excited. walking around the city was rather boring

Which version are you playing?

The Xbox 360 version is supposed to be less full of glitches than the PS3 version.

it was on the 360
i don't have it anymore, the one who purchased it returned it lol

from what I've seen in the game grump's playthrough it is a horrendous heap of garbage and I can't believe you enjoyed it

there's nothing in this "review" about gameplay, it's entirely focused on the options menu being bad

it's not a gameplay review. it's a review on the fact that it's a port. there's no sense in reviewing a game that old because there are already tons of reviews on it.
