the GPU is pretty mediocre, and the CPU isn't anything to scream about either

good amount of RAM, and 1TB HDD space is pretty much standard.

it has a builtin wifi card which is nice. it also has a beats audio soundcard which makes me puke in my mouth a bit.

depends what your standards are. I have a 580 and to me the 7450 is a total joke. even the reviews say to upgrade it if you want to do anything gaming-wise.

it really depends on what you want to play. I'm sure you could run games on acceptable settings on a decent resolution, but I doubt you're getting anything in 1080p unless you rock very low/low settings.

Out of all all high end graphics cards, the 7450 is on the low end. Its about double the power of my laptop graphics card, a 5470 mobility... so you'll be able to game ok. But it won't be a mindblowing experience from mediocre cards. Expect to struggle to play the latest games in the next year though.

don't expect much from that card.
