Author Topic: A better curse word filter.  (Read 3826 times)

If anyone has played an online game called "Habbo" I think they know where I am going with this.

The script basically takes any curse word and replaces it with the word "hubba"

I was thinking there could be a more child friendly curse filter option with the word "block"

After all it is a internet lego game. I mean, less suburban moms won't have to complain about their child playing games with curse words on their forum where other suburban mothers complain about their problems.

So just replace **** with block?

So just replace **** with block?
pretty much

I mean, as a bulleted option, you can change it to the stars or just turn it off

also do this with the e-tard filter or something, because it's really annoying when you type out a message and the host apparently doesn't like the word "damn" so you have to revise the message like 3 times before you find a word that makes sense with the rest of the sentence

This seems like a good block idea for them little block. Some people might think this block is messed up block because they are to busy block other block heads in this block game.

We should also use some other legoing words.

For some reason, "suck my" is also on the chat filter.

"Block block!"

block you!!!!  :cookieMonster:

I would like this, but it would have to be a word that isn't used in the normal Blockland lingo.

Yeah, it's pretty blocking annoying
is it bad if I actually read this as forget and didn't realize it?

if every swear word was replaced to block in the script, does this make blockland forgetland
