Last year I was in shape, over summer I went downhill and I was incredibly weak so I started working out a bit. I do a lot of pull ups on a bar I have in my doorway very often and I run quite a lot at school. I am still weak but im making progress

My arm and leg muscles are already sort of toned IMO, but I want to get abs like you guys do.

Tips?
