Author Topic: Chrisbot6's Renderman Mod - v3 Released!  (Read 163245 times)

For some reason this mod works during the day and day cycle does not affect it. Which is a disappointment because I was kind of expecting something like Minecraft where the monsters only come out at night.

I got this working on the test server. The only downside is that the daycycle mod is buggy, and you have to replace the bricks that are evented upon reloading.



This sounds random, but I think it would awesome if he made an explosion everytime he teleported.
and you can change the explosion to anything you want.

is there a way of knowing for sure the mod is working properly besides just waiting to see if renderman shows up?
my friend and i were playing and the detecter sayd low frequency, but renderman never showed up. we waited for half an hour. we changed the settings, prefs, enviornment, all that trying to get it to work.
when the minigame ended and i disabled rendermod in the prefs the detector still said low frequency.
speaking od which, is it just me or is the renderman detector REALLY MISLEADING in that one second it'll say "slight glitch energy, investigate" and then suddenly "OFFTHESCALERATINGGETTHEHECKOU TOFTHERE" immediately followed by a seemingly inevitable death?

Do you have RTB installed? If you do, it has server preferences that can enable or disable him kicking you.

Possible to change sounds?

the bleeps don't even make it fun at all, especially the minecraft and other stuff blend of sounds.

when I'm hosting, everyone just goes apestuff and they don't give a stuff about renderman, and say that he's not even scary at all.

What does this "Anti-Renderman Shrine" do anyways?
I tested it out to see if it makes Rendy stay away from you but it doesn't.
He still kills me even if I'm standing on a giant stack of like 20 of them.
