I'm not much of a painter (or photographer :x) but I like doing special things while assembling minis

Head came from a TIE fighter pilot
Rear half of the shotgun is a grenade launcher
Front half is a flamethrower

because tripod mounts are for sissies

Awesome stuff dude!  The photos are actually very nice.  The lighting isn't the best, but I can make out everything.  The paintjobs are very cool, too.  I assume you had fun doing it, which is really what it's all about.

painting those guys? sure
all of these?

kill me
and im still not done with everything on the right there
and this is still only about 500 points of dudes

Although there was one guy I enjoyed painting, even though he was kind of a one-off.

Cut off the front end of a regular IG flamethrower and replaced it with an incinerator Tingalz wasn't using.
Clipped off the barrels of a chimera's turret-mounted heavy flamer to use as the little fuel tank looking things on the bottom.
Used the rest of the heavy flamer for the backpack, with half of the regular flamer's backpack on top.
And painted him in the grey knights' color scheme because gery nites r te best.

don't forget the imperial geodude

Updated this guy a bit:

And some misc photos:

I thought this was relevant, the figure is pretty cool looking. I think it's Vile from the Megaman series.

It is, it's the D-Arts.

Got my first pound of Sculpey :)

I'm excited to play around with this stuff.

Changed the helmet on this because I hated the original:

Modified all of these:

When did the spartan suit turn so crumbly looking. The classic was more straightforward in design and didn't look like it was made up of 50+ pads that could fall off at any minute.

If you did my forum avatar and painter it white and black I would seriously pay $20 for it. :0
