Via FTP, yes. The drag and drop uploader on the administration panel has an upload limit.

Not trying to be rude or anything, but do people use the ticket system? Cause it seems like everyone just posts their problems here.

The majority of people use the ticketing system.

I was using the add-ons page, so that is why.

Just a quick post to say we're officially 1 year old today! Thanks for all the support and feedback over the last year, we're glad to have developed RTB hosting into the fantastic service it is today and we couldn't have done it without you.

Watch out for a christmas post from us, I'm sure server owners will receive a little gift to say thank you!

1 year of RTB Hosting? Congrats Ephialtes, and Lub! I initially thought that the service was here for more than a year. Also by Blockland standards, wouldn't this be the most successful and most popular hosting service of all time?

I discovered a bug in the ticket system


1) As always we ask you to report issues in tickets. This is an information thread not a support thread.

2) We show expired/terminated servers to allow people to raise billing issues with old servers.

I would be much more willing to use it if I got a reply in a decent amount of time. I raised a ticket at about the same time I posted that (unrelated to ticket, just thought i'd raise a concern) and yet to receive a reply to the ticket.

Tickets are replied to when someone's able to help. That's not a valid reason to misuse this thread.

how am i to know that it's being looked into?

Your ticket will be updated when it's being looked into ... this is not complicated.
