That is based off your opinion. If the server itself was administrated with rules of course it go well.
Stop saying it is bad just because it's a love rp. Any server can be good if hard work and time are both commited on it.

It's true that some people may find playing love on a lego game fun, but those are the immature ideas I am talking about, not to mention what kind of rules or admin enforcement could there be, let alone that complemented the server?
I would also like to see a server where everybody has to say "poop is collectible" every ten seconds or stare at a single pink 1x1 cube, these servers could have strict rules such as don't look away from the cube and breaking these rules would be bannable by the admins, however the server would still be a pisspool.

Considering the types of servers complain about are already considered stuff, you should of known before joining the server was most likely going to be stuff.

not every city RPG is terrible

Wrong. I've been to a lot of good Family RPs. Family RPs are stereotyped as bad because most of those servers have terrible hosts.

when i was able to host servers i tried to host half-decent family RPs
the builds were more organized than a lot of family RPs i've been to in that there were roads where you specifically had to build beside, which got rid of the random houses and vehicle spawns scattered everywhere
also i tried having fairly strict rules
