Throwing guns around sounds pretty unsafe.

safer than firing them
you're a lot less likely to kill someone by throwing a gun at them

well guys i never got to say this but i wanted to thank you all for keeping this alive and as well giving me a reason to stay modelling, bugging people to script.

I get this glitch where ammo says 30/30, but it dry fires on click.

most of the time it's caused by a conflicting addon but this sounds different
are you saying that when you fire a gun with ammo it clicks as if it's empty?

that's what dryfiring is, yes

What is it with WW2 British guns always looking like some few pipes put together

Abosolutely.

Yes I've been aware of that glitch for about a week now. I was never able to properly replicate it and I just assumed the reports were simply ghost reports. Then I stumbled onto it myself.

It's an issue when you press the light key while you're either firing your gun (Gun is in the FIRE state) Or in any other state that isn't strictly "ready." based on the way the gun transfers states and how pressing your light key effects the transitions.

This will be fixed in the next version of HK, whenever that comes out. For now, try to avoid hitting the reload button mid-fire or turning off dry-fire in the RTB settings as a quick-fix.
