Author Topic: 200 bucks if I bring 3 F's to C's  (Read 9230 times)

My brother was diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger syndrome and was able to get mostly A's and a few B's  for the past two years
And he had several college level classes
Not saying we're all the same but seriously can you maybe grow up a little instead of blaming your failure of the 8th grade on a mental disorder

If your parents don't acknowledge your improvement with more than a "good job" then they are not reinforcing good behavior, and, you guessed it, being bad parents.
They shouldn't have to reinforce it, you should be a good student anyway?

No, that's not how human psychology works.

nope. they will take anyone. i know its not what teachers and parents have been telling you., but how else can they motivate you without threatening you to fear, with a possible stuffty future lol.

real knowledge dosnt come from elders, it comes from self experience.

So your saying I learned about theory of relativity from MYSELF?
and that I'm teaching MYSELF about the different kinds of electromagnetic radiation, wave frequencies, the speed of light and how to calculate wavelength???

that's crazy!

Bis, I see what you're getting at, but the practicality of it is just falling through. If you have nothing to show people (your accomplishments in life), they won't want anything to do with you.

I read in an article long ago that people pick their friends based upon the benefits, and it's held true in every situation. Think about why you're friends with someone. Let's say it's a pothead with a sense of humor. He's comical relief, you can smoke a joint together, and odds are he gets you away from family, providing personal time for you.

Or maybe I just don't understand because I'm self-taught. :I

its not good to teach your kid to do well just for rewards lol.

what kind of stuffty parenting is that

I think you misunderstood what he said.

You shouldn't get money to do well in school...

That's how psychology works. People work solely for rewards. That is the only reason anyone does anything. I don't see what you're getting at.

a college degree IS your accomplishment in life to show off.
the colleges dont give a forget how you did in highschool, a resume dosnt even NEED any mention of a highschool if you have a college degree lol.

highschool is meant for the handicapped to just get by in society. those who are college bound are already beyond that crap and highschool then becomes irrelevant.

i dropped out of highschool my junior year. spent my time watching cartoons, jerking off, and eating cake.
i then got my GED for the 50 bucks and 1 hour it was worth, and suddenly im just as good as any highschooler that ever existed lol.

i got my masters of science in IT. college never asked for grades lol

employers dont even care if ive ever been to highschool, they dont even ask.

in fact i have loved when employers ask me if im networking certified. i point at my degree and roll my eyes.
i get asked if im microsoft or A+ certified. i point at my degree and roll my eyes. while they feel handicapped for wondering.

its all i will ever need.

uh
$200? thats ridiculous lol, who gives their kids money for better grades? if i get bad grades i get kicked out of sports by the school, why would you get paid lol?

and im in highschool and sleep through like 90% of classtime and still get by with a C and B average.

yeah just gonna bring up the ADD bullstuff here

that is no excuse to have stuffty grades. but then again the OP is Elecro so it's not surprising you're failing miserably.
I was diagnosed with that horestuff and blitz through with As, Bs, and Cs in middle school.
the Cs were only because of personal laziness.

highschool I had all As and Bs.

in conclusion: no. ADD or ADHD or whatever stupid ass mental disorder you have (besides being handicapped, which would explain EVERYTHING), is not and never will be a valid excuse for sucking ass at school.

stop being a stuffty student and pick up the pencil for more than 5 seconds.

btw, C's are not worth $200. not even close.
your parents should be making you work for B's. maybe even turn existing B's into A's, but I doubt you have any B's.

i'm getting 200 dollars anyway, lol.

i'm getting 200 dollars anyway, lol.
i'm getting 200 dollars anyway, lol.
You should be smart and pay some kid to do your work to improve your grades even more

in fact i have never in my life had an employer want proof of highschool diploma lol.

you could just write in a highschool name and they would believe it. because its literally that pointless.
