only the big 7, + state colleges give a forget about grades.

thats only about 57 out of 5000 colleges. the rest will take any GED student with a loan.
if i had really known, i would have dropped out of school after 8th grade, and just gone to college THEN. instead of wasting so much time.

Grades still matter. They won't take someone with a 50 average in ALL classes.

colleges don't care if your a genius, they care if you can work well

They want people that work well because they want people that will become famous to some degree, and then people ask them "Oh where'd you go to college" or whatever, "I went to X school, it was great, it made me who I am and I got stoned every other night"

The only reason I think I legitimately have ADD is because I'm actually quite hyper and unable to focus on anything when I'm not on my medication.

I believe about half the people that say they have ADD or ADHD. One of my good friends says that he has ADHD and he is either medicated and has not told me that or he just thinks he does because he acts almost completely normal.

You can get into college regardless of grades if you can afford it really. The problem is if you have stuffty grades youll have a harder time finding federal aid. Probably harder than if you had just dropped out on a good note.

nope. they will take anyone. i know its not what teachers and parents have been telling you., but how else can they motivate you without threatening you to fear, with a possible stuffty future lol.

If your parents don't acknowledge your improvement with more than a "good job" then they are not reinforcing good behavior, and, you guessed it, being bad parents.
