and handguns CAN shoot through body armor very easily. the stuff isnt very good. nor does it even cover much of a body anyway.

a person wouldnt even be shooting up a mall or a theater or a school if he knew he could only get 1 kill in before a dozen people open fire back at him.

you dont need a rifle to counter a rifle. the kids werent being sniped from across the baseball field. the guy was running around the school against plenty of staff members.

this is an elementary school, the kids are going to be pretty short
