Hey I've got a better idea.  Maybe Badspot could turn the add-on gui into a giant crossword puzzle!  You could use different parts of description text files as clues, and whatever add-ons you don't fill in are the ones that are disabled.

First image should also have a scrollwheel for the categories of each Add-on. I think you are missing Enviorment files and Cliet Files, you have client files in the image already I'm not sure

environment and client files cannot be disabled
and client add-ons have nothing to do with starting a server
