I mostly played this game when it wasn't on Steam, so my playtime stat on Steam is inaccurate. But here's me:

Pretty sure that's days/hours/minutes/seconds or something. Converts to 589 hours and 52 minutes. And that's not counting the time I spent in the closed beta. (I had/have no life wowe)
Man I miss this game

Same here. hell, its using my old old username, so i played it about 4 years ago on kongregate i think

I think i also played Spiral Knights for a while before it was on Steam, i recall having to convert my account over to Steam, but i don't recall how long i played before then, here's my knight

I have a level 10 Spiral Brigandine (★x0) + Solid Cobalt Crest equipped as costume, i'm actually wearing a level 7 Dusker Coat (★x3) + Stunning Crest, other items i have is a level 10 Mighty Cobalt Helm (★x4), level 10 Great Defender (★x3), level 5 Super Blaster (★x3), level 10 Striker (★x3), and a level 6 Seraphynx (★x1) battle sprite

I'm currently working toward the Ash Tail Coat, Mighty Defender, and Hunting Blade, but i don't know what to do about handguns, i might continue with the Blaster line of guns, but which do you guys think is best?

I also have a recipe for the Blackhawk, but i lack a Mug of Misery, 3 Elite Orbs of Alchemy, and a level 5 or higher Antigua

Mad respect for using using a striker. That line of swords is so underused, but really nice imo.

For handguns, it really comes down to what gun gameplay you enjoy. I personally always found the blaster series to be a bit meh, bit if you like yours then stick with it, since it really isn't a bad choice.

In regards to which branch of Blaster, I'd go with which ever damage type you need most. If you are having a particularly hard time dealing with a specific family of monsters, you might want to choose the path that counters them.

You're loudout counters beasts pretty well, so going with pierce might be a bit redundant. The elemental blaster would compliment your loudout pretty well I think. Some floors have a pretty good mix of beasts and constructs, and being able kill constructs quickly (especially rocket puppies) can be very important, and you'd have a much easier time dealing with undead (which can be super common for some reason).
If you have trouble with gremlins or slimes, I personally suggest you get a shadow brandish actually. The charge attack wipes them out nicely.
There is also a matter of fiends, which might be a good reason to go with piercing anyway lol. Fiends become pretty difficult to fight later on, so preparing for them probably would be a good idea.
A pierce blaster might be pretty awesome against them, not that I think about it, since it shoots enough to get around their dodging, and would stuck-lock them a bit (a fiend's is always pretty sure always interrupted if the fiend takes enough damage).

As for handguns other than Blasters, I personally use the Antigua line the most. I have an Argent Peacemaker as well as a Blackhawk (will upgrade to an Obsidian Carbine when I get the chance), which, between the two of them, cover most situations pretty well.
I use the Catalyzer fairly often also (Virulent Catalyzer Biohazard to be exact), since it counters healers very well. Just stack charges and nuke them lol. It's pretty cumbersome to use in some cases though; certinally not the best all-purpose handgun out there.

Pusars are also pretty awesome, but I don't use them much. They are too easy-mode for my tastes lol.

Vog Cub set (5★) lvl3 each
Royal Jelly Shield (5★) Lvl3
Combuster (5★) lvl3

Other Weapons
Shadow driver (4★) lvl1
Master Blaster (4★) lvl5
Silent Nightblade (4★) lvl9 (I used this one as my secondary)
Grand Flourish (4★) lvl9
Used to have trinket slots, used a Penta-Heart pendant

Nothing much else, considering i haven't played in nearly 2 years i'm surprised there isn't much else that changed.
My guild is dead of course, last member on was in early 2015

Didn't know this, i guess i'll try to do this line of swords some justice then

But alright, i'll look into getting the Elemental Blaster

As for enemies i have problems with, it's definitely turret enemies, the majority of my gear has various bonus vs. construct enemies, and i also leveled up my Battle Sprite, which coincidentally, unlocked a bonus for vs. constructs for it's attack (it has a fiends bonus, but i don't have problems with them)

Probably went a bit crazy with the vs. construct bonuses, but whatever, being crazy prepared is better than not being prepared at all! :cookieMonster:

i could chip in something as well, for the guild. that's a lot less than i'd thought. it's only 100k crowns in total.

I could've sworn there was like a maintenance cost with it like a tax or something but I might be thinking of somethin' else.
