fun fact: i have a whole bunch of radiant fire crystals and CANNOT break any of them into shining fire crystals.

radiants are very valuable (700 energy for 50) but since you can't sell them you better use them on 5star gear because you can only get them in the last three depths.

currently working on breezing through the missions, am at 5-2 or so
i really want to just reach tier 8 so i can stop worrying about "wow this is some sweet loot but i can't use it because i'm not Cool enough"

i see. still though, the faust ate 60 goddamn crystals when i upgraded it with 100% chance (aka the only viable one). if i heat it again and it'll require more than that i'm gonna f

also i really like the mega magnus' charge attack. high damage + knockback + piercing shots = the bullet loving DRAGS enemies with it while stunning them and ripping monstrous chunks from their health bars, in the event that it somehow doesn't kill them outright.

i don't like the stuff damage it has on robots and slimes though - gonna turn it into an iron slug to fix that.

I'd always use max crystals anyways because it's not worth going through the trouble of collecting them again. In anycase, you have a chance for prize box and double level

i want to get back into this game but I just can't due to how ungodly grindy it is at times

like seriously whenever I start grinding in a game at all I get immediately bored and do something else
