Your router has little to do with it. You need a better internet service provider, which differ by area.

Actually, I did host it. For a long time. Then it got shutdown from an unknown error.

Server has been worked on very hard. We are going to release the new arena before March. It will be a smaller map than it was before, since we really don't have that much players on the server. This seems like a good environment too.
