admin application
Name: The Brighter Dark
Blockland ID: 31783
Past experience:
Glass's servers
Ravencroft's City rpg, falling platforms
Wink's City rpg
Psp's City rpg
Herecy's Quest RPG
Bravo's swords of the north
And many less known servers.
Any of the above hosts would recommend me as a mature, quality, and reliable admin.
Of all the racing servers that are currently running, in my opinion, this is by far the best. And because of this, i will do what is in my power to make a happy, fun environment for everyone who joins. Lots of users have told me that i am a decent builder, so i would be happy to assist you in any renovations you may need to make in the future.
I dislike spam and trolling as much as the next guy, because of this i will try to make the server devoid of these two things, and other things alike as best as i can. I have a four step system that i use when dealing with a user that is breaking the rules.
1: i issue the offending user one warning detailing what they are doing, and what action will be taken if they persist. (Ex. blockhead, you are spamming 1x1s, this is agenst the rules and if you dont stop i will be forced to kick you.)
2: as i said in the example above, stage two is kicking the offending user. After the kick has been given, i always RTB message the kicked user explaining why they were kicked.
3: if the kicked user rejoins and continues the break the server rules, the user will be banned depending on how many rules he/she broke, how long they have been breaking the rule, and how it affected the rest of the server. I don't believe in not filling out the ban reason, i will always fill out the ban reason corresponding with the actions the banned user did.
4: if the banned user comes back after his/her allotted time, and continues the break the rules again, i will consult a super admin about a permanent ban.
Footnote: i will not unban anyone that was not banned by me, unless asked to do so directly from the admin who did the banning in the first place.
Thank you, Nasoa, for taking time to read my application.
