Low profile means that the GPU is small. It's compatible with slimline computers.
All of the low profile cards have terrible performance and are extremely outdated.

You're better off getting something better, unless you have a slimline computer and can't get a new computer.

i have a slimline and thats all i can work with.

again, the only games I play are mw2, garry's mod, tf2, l4d2, and gta 4.

Go for it then, should handle those games fine, and seeing you have an E5800 that's an overclockable CPU. An easy 4GHz if you have decent cooling.

ikr. i remember i forgot to pick up my psu and it was nearly sent back to newegg.
PROTIP: keep track of every part. make sure you have every one. it delayed my build for like a week getting the psu.
