Wireless technology isn't the same as it was in 2007, it's come a long way, saying that one mouse over another identical wireless mouse just because it is wired is not correct, they both have the ability and technology to be the same when it comes to response times
No, there's still a difference

would it be worth it to replace my psu fan??

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me if this is a good build? I'm building my first gaming rig and by budget is under $1000.

if your fan has gone out, or has an issue making a grinding or chirping noise, just RMA the PSU

It is just to loud, the fan adjust based on load. and once i play a game the fan goes too 100% and doesn't stop till i turn my pc off and back on :I

Don't touch your psu
That can get you killed

What you have there is a $750 build, because you included an OS and monitor in the budget. At any rate, I would definitely get rid of that 4570
Haswell architecture isn't worth it at this moment in time. An i5-3350P would perform better for about $15 less. I would spend your remaining money on getting a better hdd, and then a higher capacity psu

I'm not sure what the 4570 Haswell is that you mentioned?
I'll look into those other things though, thanks!

Feedbacks please. I have all of the RAM because I might have to use my computer to calculate lots of stuff or whatever.

I touched my friends short-circuited PSU and got shocked, still alive.

It's certainly not a safe thing to do, even if it was just "little shock".

Thank you now I'm scared to go anywhere near any PSU.
