here's the build that i came up with

if you don't want to overclock, i can bring down the cost and get a modular psu which will make life way easier

thanks

and yeah, i wasn't planning on overclocking so modular psu would be better

A quick check with Newegg's wattage calculator suggests you'll need more than a 600w PSU. You should probably go for a 700w.

if you are willing to spend 200 more, 1350 total cost, you could get the gtx 780 ti, the most powerful gaming video card on the market

the wattage is overestimated too much on newegg's power calculator (edit; just checked it myself and it gave me recommended amount of 550w. ok) the video card's min is 600w, my new build's psu is 650w. and even 650w is overkill in theory.
the 780, in full maximum stress (which never happens in normal conditions anways), uses 350w. the i5 should use up no more than 90w. the rest of the system, probably no more than 100w. around 550w at full stress. the reason why they overestimate the wattage is so they had no problems with idiots frying their whole system while trying to overclock their old cpus to 5ghz

While playing TF2 , I only get around ~50% GPU usage and 70-90% CPU usage. So does that mean the bottleneck is in the CPU or the RAM? I can't find a way to determine how much is being transferred from my RAM.

post your full specs, including ram frequency, amount, GPU model, CPU model, etc

what are you going to be using them for ^

I plan on getting in to video editing plus I want something heavy duty.

wd black would be a better choice imo

whats the fail rate and such for that, I'm really desperate for a reliable drive that would take at least 10 years to die. Since I have a 30gb western digital drive in my system and it's like what, 8 years or something close to that. Still running with no problems what so ever & it has gone through plenty of formats, defragments and daily read/writes.

Why not post sources to your info?

The titan officially can only support up to 3-way sli, but people have managed 4 and even 5-way configs
I'm not too sure on the details
