Okay, what games do you plan on hosting and what are the specs of your current RAM and CPU.

I want to host minecraft, I have 3GB DDR2 ram and an intel celeron D 3.3GHz CPU.

i laffed

get something like this

FX 4100
or the
AMD 965 BE
Why? Saying you "laffed" is not very helpful.

8 cores are absolutely useless for gaming; most modern games barely use 4 cores

I suggest getting an 965 BE and putting the extra 60 toward a better mobo

I'll take 20.
ok
now this CPU and this mobo.
How is it?
If you can dish an extra 30, the FX-8350 is noticeably better.

that's not that bad of a thing, my HD 6870 drivers do that stuff sometimes, not that big of a deal. AMD drivers y'know

plus if the rest of your computer is stuff (which I'm assuming it is since you're using integrated) then there's no point in getting a 660 right now
im using integrated

(I only used integrated because I was dumb when I built this rig)

This always bothered me, On NVIDIA's website, they have these awesome GTX heat sinks, yet, no company sells anything that looks even close to it.  Example: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-680

mabye the 600 series cards that are already out in the market are older styles, and the new cards are all going to be redesigned in the way of the Titan and 690s
